Patient Safety and Quality……Did you know?

Lakeside Memorial Hospital is fully accredited by the Joint Commission, and the facility undergoes an unannounced survey every three years. The purpose of the survey is to evaluate the organization’s compliance with nationally established standards related to quality and safety.
