Patient Safety and Quality……Did you know?

 

Lakeside Memorial Hospital is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and the facility undergoes an unannounced survey every three years. The purpose of the survey is to evaluate the organization’s compliance with nationally established standards related to quality and safety. Anyone who believes that there is a quality or patient safety issue that has not been adequately addressed by the hospital may contact the Joint Commission via the information listed below.
